La ciudad de Porec y de las playas se encuentran a 3 km de distancia.

Peaceful location with glorious view on countryside just minutes from beaches, historic town of Poreč and amazing hill-top villages.
The house is 140 m2 surrounded by 730 m2 colorful flovered ˝all day sun˝ garden with private swimming pool (6*4).
Tastefully furnished rooms with traditional details and antique furniture. Quality materials were used for renovation and designe to make your stay in our house more comfortable and enjoyable.
A spacious fully fitted kitchen/dinning/living area with open fire place. Kitchen is builed with old bricks in italian style. Equipped with frige/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, koffee maker, toaster and full range of utesils. Hand made old dinning table with 8 dinning chairs. Sitting furniture, large soft sleeping sofa, TV, DVD, CD, books.
There is under-floor heating throughout the house. For the fire place there is wood availble.
3 luxury bedrooms with comfortable desing beds, luxury soft sheets, antique closets.
2 bathrooms of high quality bath, shower, wc, sink and towels. Taps made off copper.
South-facing terraces with garden furniture overlooking the private swimming pool and the house comfortably accommodates 6 people.
Private parking for 3 cars. BBQ area for outdoor dinning. Two satellite TV's, DVD players and one CD player.
There is a safe for valuables.
Towels , bath mats, bed sheets , tea towels are provided and changed weekly. Property is cleaned once a week.
Please note the pool is open from april untill september.
Saturday changeover is preferred but can be flexible. Arrival after 4pm and check out at 11am.
Deposit of 200 euro is required at the arriving in the house, that will be fully refunded if no damage or breakage. Inspection happens at the end of the stay.
Deposite of 30% is payable at time of booking, balance 6 weeks before departure. Credit cards not accepted. Payment by electronic bank transfer. For each payment you receive a written conformation.

This lovely part of Europe is famous of its clean air, vine-oliveyards, good vines, good olive oil, ham, fresh sea food, truffles, clean beaches, beautiful countryside and the last but not less worty hospitable people.
3km from the house takes you to the very attractive coast line and the city of Poreč. There you can finde excellent restaurants, 4 supermarkets and daily open air market.
You can enjoy sailling, tennis, golf, fishing, cycling, walking, swimming, sunbathing, horse riding, boat trips, shopping and good nightlife. Plenty to do and to see for anybody.
There is daily boat trip to Venice. So you can visit and taste little bit of Italy too.
