There is a 360 degrees view from terrace, overlooking Palma from Castillo Bellver up to the gates of the Cathedral. This apartment is a perfect place for all who like to walk around the narrow street of the Old town, shops, see something of the culture or just simply enjoy some tapas in numerous tapas bars nearby. The nearest beach is just 20 minutes walk.
This sunny and light apartment is in the last (6th) floor, Attic. It has two lewels - in the first level you can find a big bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Taking the stairs up from the entrance you get to the second floor where is the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped. There is also a single sofa-bed for the third person. This space leads to the terrace.
The apartment was completely renovated in the 2010.

The apartment is situated in the city centre. Only few steps away you find Plaza del Mercat or the famous Plaza Mayor. All the facilities are in the walking distance (lot of restaurants, bars, shops and department stores). The Cathedral is only 7 minutes walk, so is the harbour and the promanade "Paseo Maritimo" with night bars and discos (15 minutes walk). There is also a variety of museums and galleries, for example "La Caixa Forum" is just across the street.
Rental car is not necessary. If you wish to leave the town to make a trip or visit some of the beautiful beaches that Mallorca is blessed with, you can just take a bus (the bus stop is just by the apartment) or train (train station is in Plaza España - 10 min walk).

Wir empfehlen eine Belegung mit 3 Personen. Sollte eine Familie mit 2 Kindern kommen, stehen Schlafcouch und eine Matraze (ebenerdig) zur Verfügung.
Die anliegende Nachbarwohnung steht auf Anfrage ebenfalls für max. 2 Personen zur Verfügung. Ideal für Familien mit älteren Kindern. Diese kleine charmante Wohnung mit einer Wohnküche, einem kleinen Schlafzimmer und einem kleinem Bad liegt ebenfalls in der obersten Etage. Auf dieser Etage haben sie keine weiteren Nachbarn. Wohnbereich mit Küche sowie Bad mit Dusche sind komplett renoviert. Preis auf Anfrage (ca. 500 Euro die Woche).
